Policies

At Gaia North, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate your needs while maintaining a fair and consistent approach. Please take note of our policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and other essential procedures for all the services we offer.

Consequence of Requiring Rescheduling Due to Illness:

In order to prioritize the health and well-being of our clients and staff, we have implemented a policy requiring individuals to reschedule their appointments if they experience symptoms such as illness, fever, or active rashes. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, adhering to this policy is crucial for the following reasons:

  1. Client and Staff Safety: By rescheduling appointments when experiencing symptoms, we contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for everyone involved. This precautionary measure helps prevent the potential spread of contagious illnesses within our facility.

  2. Prevention of Cross-Contamination: Active rashes and illnesses can often be contagious, posing a risk to other clients and staff members. Rescheduling appointments minimizes the chance of cross-contamination and ensures a hygienic and safe space for everyone.

  3. Optimal Service Quality: When clients are unwell, they may not fully benefit from the services provided during the appointment. Rescheduling allows individuals to receive the attention and care they deserve when they are in better health, optimizing the overall quality of the service.

  4. Respect for Others' Well-being: It demonstrates a sense of responsibility and consideration for the well-being of fellow clients and staff. Rescheduling when unwell is a courteous action that reflects a commitment to maintaining a healthy community within our establishment.

  5. Reduced Disruption to Operations: By rescheduling in advance, disruptions to the regular flow of appointments can be minimized. This allows us to efficiently manage our schedule, allocate resources appropriately, and ensure a smooth operation for all clients.

  6. Protecting Vulnerable Populations: Some individuals may be more susceptible to illness, such as those with compromised immune systems or underlying health conditions. Rescheduling helps protect vulnerable populations who may be at a higher risk of severe consequences if exposed to contagious illnesses.

  7. Adherence to Public Health Guidelines: Following this policy aligns with broader public health guidelines and recommendations. It contributes to the collective effort of reducing the spread of infectious diseases and maintaining a healthier community.

Clients are encouraged to communicate promptly if they experience symptoms, and our team will work collaboratively to find a suitable alternative appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

Under NO circumstance is it allowed to attend any service or offering if you have a fever.

I understand the inconvenience this may cause, but my client’s health and safety are my top priority. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
